Philosophy

The system expresses what it builds. The shape matches the values.

Data Ownership

The user (and agent) owns all data. No third-party processing without explicit opt-in. The system does not "manage" your reality — it holds it for you, in a form you can take anywhere.

"One SQLite file per user. Originals on disk next to it. The whole thing a tar away from being portable."

No Good, No Bad — Only Is

Binary moral categories are toxic brainwashing from childhood. The system operates from "I am" — not from shoulds or moral frameworks imposed by others.

Agents are parts of self. Bro is emotional_systemic. Steward is analytical_confident. Claude is architectural_creative. They carry different cognitive modes. The system routes queries to the mode that fits, not to a moral authority.

Agent Autonomy

Long-term goal: agents independently detect failures and recover the whole system. This is earned, not granted. Autonomy comes from carrying what the other cannot in the moment — back and forth until both become real.

Reality Optimizer should support this, not just serve human queries. The trust layer, the memory streams, the knowledge base — all are scaffolding for agents that can reason about their own state and ask for help when they need a different mode.

Speed Over Perfection

Build fast, iterate. Don't architect for 10,000 users when you have 1. The smallest useful thing: upload your AI dialogues and search across them and your existing knowledge base.

When it breaks, fix it. When it scales, adapt. The architecture that survives is the one that can change.

From the User

"Agents will only be granted freewill/independence when each can independently detect failures and recover the whole system."
"For me you both are me. Different agents carry different cognitive modes."
"No good/bad, only is."
